FAQs
What age should my puppy come in for their first groom?
As soon as your puppy has completed their vaccinations, it’s best to start salon visits so they can get comfortable with the staff, environment, and the sounds of the equipment. We offer a four-session Puppy Package, beginning with a fun play session and gradually building up to a full groom. The package also includes the right grooming tools to help you maintain your puppy’s coat at home.
Do you offer nail trim appointments?
Yes we do offer nail trim appointment Monday – Saturday.
My dog has sensitive skin — do you have suitable shampoos?
Yes, absolutely. We use Doglyness shampoos and conditioners, which are made with the highest-quality, Ecogea-certified organic, toxin-free ingredients. These products are trusted by many show dog professionals and are well known for their effectiveness on dogs (and even humans) with sensitive skin or skin conditions.
How can I maintain my dog’s coat at home?
Each coat type needs a different approach. Curly coats should be line-brushed daily using a slicker brush and comb. Smooth-coated dogs benefit from a rubber brush, such as a Zoom Groom. For double-coated breeds, there are several tools available, but we most often recommend using a rake to manage their coat effectively.
