Vanessa, a Level 3 certified dog groomer with a doggy first aid certificate and Scott, a Level 4 certified dog trainer also certified in doggy first aid, are here to provide the best care for your pets. You might even spot their two dogs, Scooby and Sirius, around our facility.

Qualifications and Training
Vanessa has enriched her grooming expertise through extensive CPD training and webinars, including:
- Grooming and handling dogs with heart and lung diseases
- Techniques for grooming overweight dogs
- Care and grooming for senior dogs

- Managing and grooming dogs with various skin conditions
Additionally, Vanessa has completed a specialised training course on oral and dental health in dogs and cats, conducted by veterinarian Sophie Bell.
Scott has furthered his knowledge and skills by completing a Level 3 course in professional boarding and daycare, ensuring a high standard of care for all dogs in our facility.

Daycare Hours and Pet Taxi Service
Our daycare operates from 9 AM to 5 PM. For those utilising our pet taxi service, pick-ups are scheduled between 8 AM and 9 AM, with drop-offs starting after 4:30 PM.
Assessment and Trial Sessions
Before joining our daycare, every dog must undergo an initial assessment. Following this, we require two trial sessions: the first lasting 2 hours and the second for half a day. This ensures a smooth transition and compatibility with our daycare environment.
Enrichment Activities
At our daycare, we provide a variety of enrichment activities to keep your dog entertained and stimulated. These include agility equipment, a dog paddling pool, a sand pit, a ball pit, tunnels, a sniff station and much more.
Stay Connected with PUP-dates
We keep you connected with your dog's day by sending regular updates, including photos and videos, so you can see all the fun and activities your dog is enjoying.
Door-to-Door Doggy Taxi Service for Daycare Guests
We provide a convenient door-to-door doggy taxi service for our daycare guests in need of transportation. Our vehicles are designed with your dog's comfort and safety in mind, featuring cushioned surfaces to reduce stress and anxiety during the ride. We ensure a seamless experience by picking up your pet in the morning and returning them home in the evening, ready for cuddles and a long snooze after their busy day.

Our pet taxi services is available at a rate of £1 per mile from the daycare centre.
Restrictions
Please note that the pet taxi service is not available for midday transportation for half-day clients or for grooming appointments.
